Whenever someone books an appointment that backs right up to another appointment, it is a problem. Example: If Joe comes and books an appointment from 5:00pm to 5:30pm, Sally will not be able to book an appointment from 5:30pm to 6:00pm because the program assumes the staff is busy at the minute of 5:30pm. I was able to get around this by changing the service times to be 25min instead of 30 so that the appointment Joe booked would actually be from 5:00pm to 5:25pm. This is a work around. Obviously not perfect, but now I've run into another problem.

On the admin side when booking an appointment, I can't select times like 5:25pm because it only shows times in 15min intervals.

So I either need the original problem fixed where the one minute overlap is allowed or I need to be able to select 5min intervals when booking appointments on the admin side.

Hi Brandon,

If you have Service 'A' with 30min service duration and 5min Padding time, than actual Service duration will be

Total Service time = Service Duration + Padding Time

35min = 30min + 5min

If someone create a booking with service 'A' then 35min time frame will be used to book.

So, set service padding time to 0(zero).

This will resolve your problem.

Thanks

All padding times for all services we currently have are set to zero. So that's not it. I'm still looking for an answer on this.

Also, currently the Admin Panel calendar only has 15minute intervals to deal with. This would be fine except because I have to schedule appointments right now to be at least one minute short of their actual links so that they don't overlap and cause this issue. For example Sally's appointment has to stop at 6:59pm so that Greg's appointment can start at 7:00pm.

I need one of these issues fixed please.

I don't know what was happening with the forum but for a few days, I was getting a error message when I tried to log in. I thought that that was behind the problem with the reason I couldn't delete the incorrect redirect URL value. However, I STILL can't delete the incorrect Redirect, though the forum is back up.
I DON'T know what to do at this point. I need help.

Hi,
After upgrading WordPress to 5.2.1, I can’t receive confirmation of my patient's appointment by email. An SMTP error appears (see below). This entry is at the bottom of the confirmation window.

SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: (0)
The following From address failed: [email protected] SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: (0)
The following From address failed: [email protected] SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: (0)
The following From address failed: [email protected]

The mail [email protected] itself works without any problems
Can someone help me solve this problem please?
